1. He fomented a rebellion at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021 that lead to the death of four police officers, and he now promises to pardon all of the over 884 sentenced rioters if he regains the presidency.


2. He falsely claimed victory in the 2020 election and pressured local officials in battleground states to fraudulently throw out millions of votes to overturn his loss. The most memorable example was his hour-long call with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, when he harangued the GOP official to “find” just enough votes to nullify Biden's narrow victory in that state. He and others are now under indictment by the Georgia Attorney General for conspiring to defraud Georgia voters.


3. He stole America's secrets , lied to the FBI about it, and shared those secrets with others, including foreign citizens.


4. He appointed three far-right justices to the Supreme Court, which subsequently stripped rights and freedoms away from the women of America; and then he celebrated his “achievement” by embracing the position that states should determine abortion and birth control access rights. If he supports Idaho banning all abortions, then he supports banning all abortions anywhere in the United States.


5. A civil jury concluded that he raped E. Jean Carroll in a department store dressing room and they awarded her $87 million dollars in damages for defamation of character.


6. A New York State Court found his company, The Trump Organization, criminally guilty of financial fraud and fined the company $454 million.


7. A New York State Court jury unanimously found him guilty of 34 felony counts of fraud related to his coverup of his payment to a porn star shortly before the 2016 election to keep her quiet about a sexual encounter he had with her.


8. He regularly praises dictators and strongmen who have deprecated democracy in their countries, including Vladimir Putin, and suggests they are models of national leadership.


9. His legal team has argued in front of the Supreme Court that a United States president is immune from prosecution of any type of crime, including domestic assassinations.


10. He is a serial liar and systematically extorts many Republican politicians to join his lying machine, leaving principled Republicans unable to exercise power.
